Senior Executive Customer Sales Representative

Job Purpose: Order & Indent Process, Invoicing, Free Sample Order Booking, Payment & Forms Follow Up, Merchandise follow up

Role & responsibilities

- Order Booking This is a critical daily activity, directly impacting sales and customer satisfaction.

- Stock Transfer Order (STO) Availability and Processing essential for ensuring inventory movement and supply chain efficiency.

- Sample Processing & Tracking : Involves using a system like SF (presumably a courier or internal system) and requires diligence in updating details and following up for timely delivery, which is vital for customer service.

- Invoice Posting, IRN Generation Though occasional, this task is crucial for compliance with e-invoicing regulations, which mandates generating a unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN) for business-to-business (B2B) invoices and export invoices., and then printing the invoice with these details before sending it to the customer. This process helps in streamlining compliance processes, enhancing data accuracy, and reducing tax evasion.

- Back Office Operation Involves maintaining crucial data in spreadsheets and uploading it to customer portals.

- Sending Stock Transfer Details. Ensures clear communication and coordination across branches.

- Sending Invoices, Waybills, COA Critical for timely invoicing and customer information dissemination.

- Booking Complaints Requires attention to detail and customer service skills to ensure proper documentation of customer grievances and initiation of the return process, which can directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Generating Waybills Potentially a significant task, especially if done manually through a portal like EY.

- Vehicle Call-Up with Mail (Likely involves coordinating transportation)

- Freight Provision Involves calculating and allocating freight costs, important for managing financial records and ensuring accurate cost reporting.

- Sales Cut-Off A crucial step in financial reporting that involves reviewing sales transactions and documents to ensure they are recorded in the correct accounting period,

- Samples consumption report Likely involves tracking and documenting the usage of samples, potentially for inventory management or sales analysis purposes.
