Designation: Senior Executive - CRM Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi Preferred Qualifications (Full time): Any Graduate Experience Range and Knowledge: 5+ Years experience in Client handling, Customer Relationship, Follow-ups Job Responsibilities: Order & Payment follow-up from existing customer. Have skills in customers data management & Customer relationship management. Must have hands-On exposure in Presentation making, Support to BD. Customer relationship management skills. Coordination between clients and BD team. Coordination with client, maintain the existing business Willing to travel as per business need. Preferred Skills/Experience: Must have good Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office Must have good Communication (Verbal & Written) in English & Hindi both.
