Job Description

Job Title:

Track and maintain records of change orders and contract amendments.
Ensure all project contract files are updated and organized systematically.

2. Extension of Time (EOT) & Variation Support

Compile data related to project delays, scope changes, and related impacts.
Prepare and draft basic claims, including supporting documentation.
Maintain logs for claims, variations, and approvals.

3. Commercial Risk & Reporting

Identify and highlight on-site contractual or commercial risks.
Report deviations from contract terms and support in corrective actions.
Prepare periodic reports on contract compliance and performance.

4. Coordination

Collaborate with execution and planning teams to gather inputs for claims and variations.
Assist in resolving routine contractual queries raised by internal stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of contracts, change orders, and claim drafting.
Strong documentation and data management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially execution and planning.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in engineering, Commerce, or related fields (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
13 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or related roles in construction/infrastructure projects.
Exposure to commercial documentation and project controls will be an added advantage.
