Contracts Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate

  a variety of contracts, including

  NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and amendments

  .

• Participate in

  vendor sourcing, supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations

  .

• Serve as a

  key point of contact

  for business partners on contracting matters.

• Analyze company spend

  to identify and recommend

  cost-saving opportunities

  .

• Collaborate with

  Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk, and Compliance teams

  on contract reviews and regulatory matters.

• Monitor and report

  contract status, vendor spend, and cost savings metrics.

• Develop and implement best practices

  for contracting and vendor management processes.

• Educate and train business partners

  on Vendor Management Office processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree

  in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 7-12 years

  of experience in

  contract management.(Exposure with Steel, Building material, Real Estate preferred)

• Strong knowledge of

  contracting principles and vendor management best practices

  .

• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

  .

• Experience with

  e-signature tools (Adobe Sign, DocuSign)

• Strong

  financial acumen

  and ability to analyse

  spend data

  .

• Excellent

  problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  .

• Strong

  interpersonal and communication skills

  , with the ability to

  manage and resolve conflicts

  effectively.

• Ability to work

  onsite full-time

  as per company return-to-work policies.

• Core exposure majorly would be into contracts.
