Position Senior Executive

Experience 2.5 - 6 years

Location Jaipur

WFO

Mon to all Saturday working

Commodities: ERM (Electronic Raw Material), Active passive semiconductor, PCB, custom import knowledge.

Preference: Inverter industry or anyone from Electronic industry

Qualification: Btech in electronics, ECE or electrical

The Raw Material Buyer is responsible for sourcing , negotiating, and purchasing

raw materials required for the production process. This role ensures a consistent

supply of quality materials at the best possible cost, supporting the companys

production schedule and quality standards. The person should be self-motivated

and skilled professional with expertise in supply chain management process

driven. A strategic thinker with keen eye on details and proactive approach to

problem-solving, Adaptable and resilient. Excellent communicator and

collaborator. Driven by passion for continuous improvement and should be able

to prioritize the task.

Key Responsibility

. Sourcing and procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Conduct

market research to identify new suppliers and trends.

. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with supplier.

Ensure procurement activities align with the companys budget and cost saving

goals. Cost saving goals must focus on year-on-year cost saving impact.

. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid

overstocking and stock outs.

. Quality Assurance: Ensure raw materials meet the companys quality standards

and specifications.

. Order Management: Place orders for raw materials and track delivery schedules.

Role Specification

. Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and procurement software SAP, Excel, G-

sheets, PPAP, DFMEA, Kaizen, six Sigma , APQP .

. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
