Vendor Interaction:
Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with vendors, aggregators, and suppliers of second-hand mobile phones.
Procurement Execution:
Support in implementing procurement plans to ensure steady inventory availability at competitive prices.
Negotiations:
Participate in price discussions with vendors under the guidance of the Procurement Manager/Assistant Manager.
Quality Coordination:
Work with the quality assurance team to ensure procured devices meet company standards.
Market Insights:
Track pricing, competitor movements, and market trends to support informed procurement decisions.
Data Management:
Maintain vendor data, purchase records, and reports in MS Excel and ERP/procurement tools.
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Any
non-technical graduate
can apply.
Post-graduates are not eligible
for this role.
Experience:
02 years in procurement, electronics, or e-commerce (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome).
Languages:
Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
