Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting of the Unit
  • Forecast the manpower requirements as per the business needs
  • End to End recruitment process (Sourcing Cvs Through Walk-IN/Job Portals/Employee Referral/Database) -Conduct detailed HR Interview.
  • Planning of human resource requirements in consultation with head of functional & operational areas.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Salary Negotiation & Offer discussion.
  • Reference check / Educational verification of offered candidate.
  • Identify open position and create mobility / Diversity / Inclusion etc.
  • Talent review and succession planning to create a pool of talent for business need.
  • Business alignment for Manpower Optimization and per person productivity.
  • Preparation of salary matrix w.r.t. current employee Qualification & Grade to maintain Internal Pay Parity
  • Compensation and Benefits briefing to the selected candidate
  • Offer Management including generating offer letters & Roll-outs in consultation with the reporting manager according to the organization salary matrix
  • Following-up with Candidate for Offer acceptance, Post Acceptance following-up for Resignation
  • Acceptance from the previous organization and Confirmation regarding date of joining.

Locum Arrangement when there is a crisis and Preparing Locum Agreement

HR Operations

On-Boarding

Induction:

Organizing & making arrangement for induction and Orientation programmes for new hires on policies, procedures and hierarchy system of the unit to make them familiar with Organization culture & environment

  • Employee ID creation

    : Ensure the new joined employee, obtaining thumb impression for biometric attendance, issuing ID cards, creation of personal dossiers for all the newly joined employee and the documentation maintained as per NABH standard checklist specified.
  • Coordinating with the Health Check team for conducting pre-employment health check and get the fitness done and filed.
  • E-mail ID, Mobile connections, Business Cards, Uniforms, Space Allocation, Allocate Assets as per the Role.
  • Arrange facility Orientation, orientation with the departmental HOD &Team Members for new joiners
  • Accountable for streamlining the background verification and reference checks for the new joiners.
  • Preparation & issuance of Appointment Letter within 2 working days of the employee joining.

Completion of Confirmation Process

Payroll Management

  • Ensure timely submission of payroll input data to payroll team with high accuracy of Data containing New joinee, left employee, Absent details, deduction like food /Accommodation/Health insurance etc.
  • Ensure resignations of employees are tracked and reported in Payroll inputs with correct DOL, deductions, Notice period.
  • Sending letters to employees who have stopped reporting to duties.
  • Issuing of Resignation Acceptance letters, Experience letters and collect the acknowledgement to be filed in their personnel file.
  • Manage Attendance system, track the Leaves of employees, Absenteeism.
  • Verify the Payroll monthly basis for correctness and maintain accurate data

Compliance:

Shift Planning, Management, & Monitoring

  • To plan the proper shifts management and monitor Compliance by the staff.
  • To formulate the duty roster for all departments of the BU.
  • To monitor the compliance of the efficient, Management & implementation of the planned ROTA.

Discipline & Conduct of Employees

  • To ensure proper discipline and conduct of the employees in the organization.
  • To ensure discipline and punctuality in the staff, in regards to the working times, overtimes and leave. In case, any deviation it should be reported to the superior for the same.
  • To assist and when directed, conduct the disciplinary action, the misconduct, default or irregularity of any employees.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Drive and execute end-to-end engagement initiatives to maintain happiness index among team members of the BU.
  • Performance Management

    Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) and enable long-term value creation plans for retention. Conduct 1:1Sessions, Appraisal Meets, Skip Level Meets and Townhall Sessions.
  • Provide Feedback Execute & facilitate feedback / advisory sessions to the FD/Manager/ Incahrges/ and other Employees of the Business Unit (BU). Scaling up the productivity & employee stability.
  • Act as an Internal Communication

    Agent and consult with Business Leaders, Stakeholders and advocate organizational values, culture, policies, and plans.
  • Analyze the market practices for Employee Retention and implement them to curb attrition
  • Grievances & Escalations

    Investigate employee complaints & issues and maintain compliance.
  • Change Agent

    Provide strategic & day-to-day leadership as change agent to drive the delivery of the business.
  • Drive R&R Events, Month Wise

Training Coordination:

encourage participation of employees in various organizational programmes.

HR MIS reports:

  • Work closely with Corporate Team in Preparation Weekly Recruitment MIS/Training Tracker /Training Calendar Month Wise .
  • Preparation of Employee Exit & Full N Final Settlements process of the BU on Weekly Basis
  • Preparation, Weekly Attendance reports,
  • Furnishing Unit HR dashboard Presentation covering all the details of BU Operations month wise.
  • Maintain function wise Attrition data.
  • Maintain Tracker for employee documents.

HR Digitization

  • Digitization of HR Processes through Hrone (

    Hire to Exit)

    is Must.

End to End HR Process/HR Generalist/Attention to details/Business Acumen/HR Fundamentals
