Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, Phyto Certificates, etc.).
Ensure timely submission and closure of EDPMS entries in coordination with the bank.
Manage RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Export Products) processes, including application, documentation, and tracking of benefits.
Coordinate foreign currency transactions, ensuring compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection agencies, and government authorities for documentation and shipment clearance.
Maintain and update export records in ERP systems and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Track shipments, follow up for Bill of Lading and delivery confirmations, and coordinate for payment realization.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, APEDA, Customs, and other export-related regulations.
Support finance and accounts in realization certificates, bank reconciliation, and export incentives.
Generate regular MIS reports on shipment status, documentation, and EDPMS closure.
