Senior Executive - Accounts

Job Description:Manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Income tax and GST related mattersMonitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principlesOrganising and maintaining financial records and documentation which may include (but not limited to) filing, report generation, budget preparation etc.Help with financial and statutory compliances audit etc.Running of the payroll process, accurately and timelyResponsible for processing bills and payments, taxation at source and other Income Tax and GST related mattersCoordination, preparation and submission of returns and taking care of all compliances, as necessary Minimum Qualifications and Experience:MCom/Bcom/ BBA/BS (with specialization in Accountancy/Finance)/CA inter or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience. Required Expertise:Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (eg Tally)Proven knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsShould have knowledge of Government rules in Financial procedures/ Accounting / Auditing and Administrative mattersHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct, coordinate and superviseExperience in tendering, audits, taxation, financial compliances
