**Reports To : Operation Manager

Job Overview:

The Senior Estimation & Proposal Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for projects, with a focus on managing complex Bill of Materials (BOMs). The role requires a candidate with a strong background in accounts, exceptional Excel skills, and a solid understanding of commercial and project management aspects. The candidate should also possess leadership qualities to manage a team and coordinate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Proposal Preparation:
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects involving multiple levels of BOM.
• Prepare and review quotations and proposals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Analyze past offers and revise current offers to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
• Data Analysis & Management:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and provide insights for cost optimization.
• Maintain and update records of all quotations, ensuring consistency and accuracy in pricing.
• Commercial & Project Management:
• Apply enriched commercial knowledge to ensure proposals are financially viable and competitive.
• Collaborate with the project management & Design team to ensure that estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
• Team Coordination & Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of three individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate proposals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project estimation and proposal preparation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities.

- Strong understanding of commercial principles and basic project management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the EPC Company or Sheet Metal Industry.

- Knowledge of ERP systems or related software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
