Senior Equity Dealer (Buy-Side)

Mumbai-based SEBI-registered Asset Management Company specializing in high-conviction PMS & AIF portfolios for HNI clients. We combine deep research with precision execution — and need a dealer who can deliver both.

What You’ll Do:

· Execute large equity trades across NSE/BSE for PMS/AIF mandates — minimizing slippage, managing liquidity, and protecting alpha.

· Work tightly with PMs to understand trade rationale, size, and client-specific constraints.

· Use real-time market data to time entries/exits — adapting to volatility, news, and order book depth.

· Manage broker relationships — negotiate rates, assess performance, route smartly.

· Ensure seamless post-trade flow via Wealth Spectrum — confirmations, settlements, compliance logs, and client-level reporting.

· Maintain 100% adherence to SEBI/AMFI rules, pre-trade checks, and mandate limits.

· Deliver daily TCA, slippage analysis, and broker scorecards to improve execution quality.

What You Bring:

Min. 7+ years buy-side equity dealing — PMS/AIF/Wealth Desk experience preferred ( From AMC / Equities / Mutual Fund Industry ONLY )

· Proficient in Wealth Spectrum for trade capture, ops coordination, and reporting.

· Strong broker network + negotiation skills.

· Deep knowledge of Indian cash markets, block deals, auctions, T+1.

· Tech-savvy: ODIN/NEST, ADVANCE Excel, basic analytics. Python/VBA a plus.

· Calm, precise, compliant, and client-mandate aware.
