Job Description

As a Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in organizing and overseeing software development projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality features on time. You will be responsible for creating and leading detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Your ability to conduct data analysis, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies will be essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a total of 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to program management in software products/projects. A degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, is required, along with Agile/SCRUM or PMI Certification. An MBA will be considered a plus. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be instrumental in aligning project communications with different stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively. You will be expected to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct management, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate diverse collaborations. Strong organizational abilities, conflict resolution skills, and a focus on processes and metrics will be key attributes for success in this role. Additionally, your capacity to understand and articulate complex technologies, manage ambiguity, and drive clarity in project deliverables will be highly valued.
