Job Description

As a Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in organizing and overseeing software development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project plans, driving delivery to milestones, managing day-to-day progress, and keeping management informed of project status. You will also be responsible for managing issues and risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing project clarity through status reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and oversee software development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features - Create and lead detailed project plans, driving delivery to milestones and requirements - Manage day-to-day progress of programs & projects, keeping management informed of project status - Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate to appropriate stakeholders - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across teams - Review, draft, approve, and close legal agreements and other related actions - Work with third-party contractors/vendors/technology partners - Conduct data analysis to discover trends, identify challenges and opportunities Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of total experience with at least 5 years as a program manager in managing software products/projects - BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required, MBA will be a plus - Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification with demonstrated rigor in project management best practices - Strong data analysis and conceptual thinking skills - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills - Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies - Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex projects - Ability to manage in an environment with diverse collaborators - Ability to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity - Motivated individual with a strong focus on processes and metrics Please note that Adobe values inclusivity and accessibility.
