🔧 About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Engineering to lead and manage the Maintenance & Technical function at our Bijnor plant. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations for our production lines, including dehydrated potato flakes, frozen French fries, and potato specialties.

You will be responsible for driving preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities management, people leadership, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

🎯 Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology

• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the food processing industry

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within Maintenance & Technical functions

• Strong expertise in utilities, plant maintenance, and people management

• Proven ability to lead change, optimize processes, and manage cross-functional stakeholders

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end maintenance and technical operations to ensure maximum equipment availability

• Manage utilities including boilers, cooling systems, compressed air, water treatment, ETP/STP

• Drive preventive & curative maintenance planning and execution

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and reduce machinery downtime

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams, technicians, and managers

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations

• Oversee technical KPIs, reporting systems, audits, and documentation

• Lead process optimization, innovation, and capital investment projects

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and ESH teams
