Job Summary: We are seeking a male Senior Engineer with 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering, specializing in canal lining, pressurized irrigation systems, and road work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects including canal lining, pressurized irrigation systems, and road construction. Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality controls. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, contractors, and construction teams. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure the proper use of materials and resources, optimizing costs and minimizing delays. Address any site challenges or technical issues promptly to avoid project disruptions. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in canal lining, pressurized irrigation systems, and road construction. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and project management. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project coordination skills. Experience with construction materials, techniques, and equipment used in road work and irrigation systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
