- Quality Assurance Operations - Ensure that QMS (Quality Management System) is in place and functioning optimally for the assigned Business Unit(s). - Drive continuous improvement in quality for dept and cross departments through mechanisms such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), SFM (Sight Bridge System for Management), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), etc. - Check necessary material or product assurance platforms. Review for disposition and recommendation on materials and products. - Support the Operations team working collaboratively for the smooth running of production in quality assurance. - Prepare & Maintain PDI, Lab Testing Reports & ensure proper package & dispatches. - Site Quality Management System / ISO and Document Management Provide leadership in site QMS and sustaining to necessary certification related to Solar Modules i.e IEC, UC, BIS, ALMM. - Handle Customers Audit, Inspection & Maintained CAPA & other any improvement suggested by customer. - Maintain Assess Team KPI & KRAs time to time. - Prepare MIS report on Monthly basis & present to management by 5th of every month.
