- Prepare SOP for Procurement cycle - Knowledge of Import terms and foreign exchange rates of EURO & Dollars. - Managing the entire Procurement process for all our business. - Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. - Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. - Technical Procurement Lead for Electrical, Mechanical, Departments for our business units. - Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective with proper SOP. - Sourcing, Negotiating and engaging reliable suppliers. - Preparing, Analyzing & Approving the Purchase & Work Order and Contract Agreements - Managing the entire Store process for all our business. - Maintain MSL & Coordinate with Stores about lead time cycle. - Stacking of Items on pallets, racks, and bins with proper identification. - Storing and dispatching of items and equipment to various interlinked departments like Production / Maintenance / Operations / Administration for smooth functioning of operations. - Coordinating with transporter for the delivery of consignments. - Coordinating with C&F Agents, Clearing House. - Prepare, maintain, and records of inventories, receipts, purchases, or deliveries, using a variety of formats. - Working experience on software System tools. - MIS report of Procurement & Store.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. - Talent in negotiations and networking. - Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software (SAP/ ERP) - Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers - Experience in collecting and analyzing data - Strong leadership capabilities - Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - Maintain of stock for individual projects. - Getting the stocks from the projects/sites and reconciling the as per the P.O and as used at sites. - Required Experience: 7- 8.5 years of experience in procurement.
