Job Description

Performing company analysis, industry research, competitive positioning, etc.
Performing analysis to review and help build/take the investment decisions.
Providing hands-on support to existing business.
Working closely with our internal accounts team and synthesis the data in a required format as needed on time-to-time basis.
Building financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts.
Working with banks and other financial institutions for existing debt exposure and regular enhancements.
To be able to read through contracts, negotiate the finer points, and m
aintain records.Prepare MIS reports on monthly basis to management y 5th of each Month.To be able to consolidate accounts at group level and for individual entities.
To keep exploring sources of low-cost finances Debt or equity, within India and outside.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Practical experience in dealing with financial statements of multiple companies.
- Candidate having an existing work experience in Renewable Energy Company will be preferable. - Superior financial modelling skills, comfort with accounting and very analytical; Highly entrepreneurial, passion for knowledge, drive for excellence, comfortable with uncertainty, business savvy, creative, high integrity, flexible, maturity. - Good understanding of Finance Portfolio Management Institutional. - Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation. - Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations. - 3-4 years of experience with an investment bank, consulting firm or Portfolio management firm.
