Senior Engineer QA/QC

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and maintain QA/QC systems across all stages of residential construction.

· Monitor MIVAN formwork activities – including alignment, shuttering, de-shuttering, and surface finish.

· Conduct site inspections for RCC, Civil, finishing work, waterproofing, and concrete works.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, and safety norms.

· Review and manage material test reports, cube test results, and third-party lab tests.

· Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.

· Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and design teams to resolve quality issues.

· Support internal/external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience 5+ years in QA/QC roles in residential projects.

· At least 3 years of MIVAN construction experience is preferred.

· Strong understanding of IS codes, quality standards, and construction methodologies.

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with top real estate developers or reputed contractors.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
