Job Highlights

• Meeting shift targets and handling day to day production activities with due consideration to safety
• Experience in rubber compounding process of kneader, intermix mixing, extrusion process.
• Effective supervision of shift personnel and detailed shift reporting
• Man-Machine management & decision making in his area during the shifts
• Follow up for maintenance jobs in shifts.
• Efficient utilization of energies, its monitoring.
• Ensure assets utilization at its fullest capacity and monitoring cycle times.
• Ideas for process improvements and cost savings proposals.
• Participation in implementing various Managements systems like ISO, meeting compliance audits (internal / external as applicable/cross functional) etc.
• Managing documents like SOP & formats, work instructions etc
  

Requirements

• B.E / B. Tech in Rubber Technology / Polymer Science / Chemical
• 7 to 9 Years of experience in Rubber Compounding Industries
• Good Communication Skills and Team Handling Skill
