Role

To generate sales independently as per the target/goal set by the organization for the respective territory.

Responsibilities

1. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries

2. Keeping updated with the technical specifications of new products as well as industry trends.

3. Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.

4. Setting and achieving sales goals.

5. Increasing Customer base.

6. Managing the product-promotion and effective utilization of resources.

7. Maintain client relationship by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.

8. Assure customer feedback is shared at regular intervals to analyses strengths/weaknesses of our product/brand.

9. To remain thoroughly aware about competitors products, services, marketing strategies.

10. To gain basic application knowledge.

11. Attending product training courses and seminars.

Preferred candidate profile

To be successful as a Senior Sales Engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge to convert to sales. You should be well groomed with a professional approach.

You should be driven to achieve your sales goals. You should exhibit good team working attitude and willingness to learn to upgrade your knowledge and skills.
