Job Title: Senior Engineer I - Customer Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Drone Maintenance & Support Technician to maintain and service our drone fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine inspections, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, conducting flight tests, managing inventory, and providing technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and software updates on drones.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and post-servicing test flights to ensure optimal performance.
• Calibrate drones and ensure firmware is up to date.
• Manage inventory of drone parts and accessories; coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, test flights, and customer support.
• Train drone operators on maintenance, safe operation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide on-site technical support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in drone operation, diagnostics, repair, calibration, and software updates.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication in Hindi and English for training and client interaction.
• Organized, safety-conscious, and capable of managing inventory and maintenance schedules.

Additional Info:

Training on specific drone models will be provided. Adherence to safety protocols is critical. Some travel may be required.
