Job Description

To develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process simulation models for ammonia and urea production.
Optimize process design for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and meeting environmental standards.
Provide expertise on ammonia synthesis, urea synthesis, and related utilities.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for enhanced operational performance.
Review and approve process design packages, including equipment specifications, sizing, and vendor selection
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) and contractors to ensure seamless integration of process systems.
To process hazard analysis (PHA), risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the process design
Prepare process engineering documentation and reports for management reviews, stakeholder presentations, and project progress meetings

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or related field
