We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Process Engineer to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited. As a Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing various industrial processes to meet our client's requirements. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills. Executive:More than 10 years of experience in process engineering. Strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment. Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS). Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Roles And Responsibilities. Lead and coordinate process engineering activities for assigned projects. Design and optimize industrial processes to meet client requirements. Develop and implement process control strategies. Monitor and analyze process data and performance indicators. Identify and troubleshoot process issues, proposing and implementing solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. Prepare technical reports and documentation. Stay updated with industry trends and advances in process engineering.
