Senior Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities

To support Process Lead by handling Process Engineering activities & delivering process deliverables for the assigned projects with quality & within schedule.

• Working on process engineering activities for assigned project with efficient planning & execution ensuring on-time completion and quality outcomes.
• Check and Review engineering deliverable documents such as Mass and energy balance , PFD's, P&ID's, equipment sizing, plot plan, layout & elevation, bought outs enquiries , technical offer evaluations , utility calculations etc
• Ensuring Zero-D approach for all deliverables.
• Effective coordination and required support to other disciplines

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7 - 10

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Chemical Engg.

• Good understanding & Knowledge of Process Engineering deliverables
• Exposure to softwares such as Chemcad, HTRI
• Exposure to Mass & Energy Balance, Equipment Sizing, PID, PFD, Layout & Plot Plan Development.
• Experience in efficiently handling greenfield as well as brownfield/modernization projects.
• Experince / Background from Engineering Consultancy & EPC Organisation
