Senior Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager at Newgen Software, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful projects to success for our customers in the Insurance (US) domain. Your primary responsibility will be to manage named customer relationships effectively, ensuring the delivery and demonstration of our value proposition by utilizing industry best practices in the BPM / ECM domain. Collaborating closely with the CRM and Delivery Head, you will work towards achieving the business goals and targets set forth. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a single point of contact between the customer and Newgen, positioning our products and services to customers, identifying growth opportunities for new business, and executing ongoing engagements such as implementation, change requests, renewals, and additional resource deployments. Additionally, you will be involved in activities related to mining cases for specific clients, building proposals for new opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of all opportunities in Salesforce.com. Your role will also entail building relationships with key decision-makers and users, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and overseeing client sign-off and acceptance for every delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess good experience in Account Management (Enterprise OR BFSI), have the ability to proactively maintain and leverage relationships to develop a robust sales pipeline, and effectively coordinate and prioritize customer requests. Strong customer focus, knowledge of system integration issues, project management methodologies, analytical capabilities, time management skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
