Job Description

What will you do?

Architect and build modular, reusable email component libraries (dynamic/personalized blocks, conditional content, reusable partials).
Develop robust HTML/CSS email templates optimized for cross-client rendering, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Implement data-driven personalization and template logic using variables, tokens, and conditional rules.
Establish coding standards, documentation, and QA processes for rendering, accessibility, performance, and link tracking.
Collaborate with marketing/CRM teams to translate journeys and segmentation into maintainable template structures.
Mentor developers and review code to uphold quality and consistency.

What will you need?

6+ years of professional email development with deep expertise in HTML/CSS for email, table-based layouts, and responsive techniques.
Proven experience building dynamic, component-based email systems at scale.
Strong understanding of email client rendering behaviors, fallbacks (including dark mode), and accessibility standards.
Solid grasp of data structures for personalization and rigorous testing/debugging methodologies.
Knowledge of deliverability, compliance, and privacy best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
