Senior Email Developer

Role Overview: As part of the global investment firm, Invesco, you will play a crucial role in coordinating team tasks and priorities for the Email Activation and Enablement manager. Your responsibilities will include providing informal leadership to email developers, overseeing local coordination of email development activities, and engaging with requesters to translate campaign requirements into actionable tasks. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in email development, including mentoring junior developers and managing production workflows. - Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, HML (Pardot Handlebars Merge Language), and responsive design. - Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and translating design files into functional HTML. - Proven experience with email automation platforms, especially Pardot and SFMC. - Strong design sensibility and passion for embedding UX best practices into email experiences. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective email solutions that support broader campaign goals. - Stay current on email marketing trends and tools. - Proficiency in English, additional European languages a plus. - Experience working in an agile environment preferred. - Financial services/asset management experience a plus.
