- Handle enquiries from walkins, emails and phone calls for all courses offered by the centre.
- Assess candidates education, work history, personality, interests & skills to recommend the most suitable course.
- Present course details clearly and persuasively to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads, nurture them and convert enquiries into registrations.
- Manage the admission process: get admission forms filled, collect required documents, ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate demo classes with trainers and ensure candidates attend.
What Were Looking For
- At least 4years of relevant experience (EdTech/education counselling is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Ability to work 6 days a week and be present in the office.
- Goaloriented, sharp, and comfortable with facetoface interaction.
