Career Path is a leading education consultancy guiding students toward the right UG and PG programs across top Indian universities and colleges. As we expand our team, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Female Education Counsellor who has hands-on expertise in student counseling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on career choices and suitable UG/PG programs.
• Manage walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.
• Handle the complete admission process – from lead generation to final enrollment.
• Coordinate with college admission departments and ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Guide students through documentation and admission formalities.
• Achieve conversion targets and contribute to team success.
• Build a positive and trustworthy relationship with students and their families.

Who Should Apply:

✅ Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an education consultancy (UG/PG admissions only).
✅ Strong understanding of Indian private universities, courses, and admission procedures.✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills.✅ Confident, empathetic, and presentable personality.✅ Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.✅ Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.Candidates without relevant consultancy experience should not apply.

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Off-site (Work from your preferred location)
