Job Description:

Career Path is seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Education Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in counselling students for UG/PG admissions across Indian private universities and colleges
Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding career options and help them choose the right UG or PG program.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end admission process – from inquiry to enrollment.
• Coordinate with college admission teams and ensure timely application submission.
• Maintain student records and regularly follow up with leads.
• Guide students through documentation and admission formalities.
• Build strong rapport and trust with students and their families.
• Support lead generation efforts and conversion goals.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an education consultancy firm (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Indian universities, courses, and admission procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Confident, presentable, and empathetic with students.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email, etc.)
• Female candidates only.

Timings:Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM]
