Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Education Counsellor. The Senior Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to potential students, assessing their academic and career goals, and recommending suitable courses and programs. Tasks will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with prospective learners to guide them throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and understanding learners needs
• Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with diverse learners
• Knowledge of Education programs and career pathways in various industries
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role with a student-centric approach
