Job title: Senior Dotnet Developer Company: Volvsoft India Pvt Ltd Location: Mohali Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in full-stack development and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET technologies , modern frontend frameworks ( Angular / React / Vue.js ), and should be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment . This role demands excellent communication skills, client handling capabilities, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API / C# / Entity Framework / LINQ / SQL Server . Frontend development using Angular / React / Vue.js (at least one is mandatory). Participate in daily scrum meetings , sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps. Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and contribute to best practices. Take part in technical interviews and help build a high-performing engineering team. Communicate effectively with international clients , handle calls, and provide project updates. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ . Strong understanding of SQL Server and database optimization techniques. Proficient in at least one modern frontend framework: Angular / React / Vue.js . Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap . Good understanding of RESTful APIs , Microservices , and Cloud deployment (Azure/AWS is a plus). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Team leading experience is mandatory. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies . Experience in client communication and handling .
