Job Brief – Team Lead for C#/.NET Software Team

We are looking to hire an experienced C#/.NET Software Engineer to lead our team. You will be well-versed in the C# programming language and .NET framework, and have professional experience developing web apps with this tech stack and leading development teams. You will also be responsible for hands-on back-end development, but full stack experience will be highly valued. Prior experience in golang will also be highly advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our product development team you will participate in planning and design meetings and develop strategies for required product development and maintenance. You will write and maintain C#/.NET code in accordance with our professional coding standards and quality goals. You will also ensure that the other team members: Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and BA, are diligently working towards agreed team goals for successful product delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Understanding product requirements in great detail by clarifying with key stakeholders such as the Product Owner, BA, and management. This includes assisting with the breaking down of user stories to sufficiently small scale to ensure successfully delivery within a sprint

· Estimating effort/complexity for development tasks with the aim of having a reliable sprint velocity for the team

· Designing, developing, and testing new features for applications using C#/.NET in a microservices architecture

· Developing and maintain high quality fully unit-tested C# code complying with deadlines, quality and coding standards

· Identifying & troubleshooting issues as required

· Organising, writing, and updating technical documentation

· Interacting with the senior stakeholders, and leading team membersto drive the project/sprintcommitments

Key Requirements

· Strongprofessional expertise in C#/.Net (additional experience in golang advantageous)

· You have experience in designing and writing idem potent APIs, especially in a microservices architecture(Full stack experience advantageous)

· Strong in design patterns, MVC, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles

· Demonstrated expertise in OOD techniques and software design

· Expertise in writing optimised non-SQL (mongoDB) databasequeries

· Competencyleadingteams in an agile methodology and demonstted ability to drive development teams to meet delivery goals in a fast paced environment

· Strong technical and people leadership skills, with prior experience as a product development team lead.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills to enable highly effective collaboration with business stakeholders and management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
