While the Bangalore office provides a range of services, including risk management, corporate governance, tax, assurance, and family office services, out of the Gurgaon office, we render highly specialized back office alternative investment services for global hedge funds and related fund types.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Domo Analyst to join our team and take ownership of our Domo platform. This role involves building and maintaining dashboards, managing ETLs and dataflows, administering users and consumption credits, and helping shape our broader data strategy. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, usable, and impactful data and eventually explore intelligent workflows and automation.

Requirements

How You’ll Contribute:

• Platform Management: Manage and maintain the Domo platform, ensuring efficient integration of data from various sources.
• Dashboard and Report Creation: Design, create, and update complex dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.
• User Administration: Administer user access and roles, ensuring appropriate and efficient use of the platform. Manage consumption credits, monitoring usage, and optimizing allocation across departments.
• Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement robust data strategy and governance policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and meet their data requirements, developing tailored solutions.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions on Domo best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for users.
• Platform Updates: Stay abreast of the latest features and functionalities of the Domo platform, integrating these into our environment to enhance capabilities.

What Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Domo Administrator or in a similar role.
• Education and Certification: Major Domo Certification; a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization; advanced experience with SQL and database management.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
