Job Description

A) Customer Home Loan Processing & Documentation
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding loan processing. Assist customers in: Eligibility checks Bank shortlisting based on income profile Documentation preparation (KYC, IT returns, salary slips, etc.) Check application completeness before submission to banks. Provide guidance to ensure seamless and faster sanctions. Result Faster loan sanctions Improved sales closure & CRM efficiency B) Banking Coordination & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with: HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI, LIC Housing, and local finance institutions Coordinate for: Sanction letters Rate of interest queries Legal & technical verification for project Arrange bank representative visits for customer support & loan drives. Result Smooth collaboration High monthly disbursement support C) Project APF Approvals (Approved Project Finance) Prepare and submit documents to banks for APF: Legal documents \Title certificate, EC, Mother deeds Technical documents \Approved plan, cost sheets, sanction drawings Corporate documents \PAN, GST, ROC filings Ensure APF approvals from multiple banks before launch. Maintain tracker for: Bank\-wise APF status Additional documentation requirements Result Customer\bank eligibility increases Faster sales movement D) Disbursement Tracking & Revenue Realization Coordinate stage\-wise disbursements as per construction progress. Follow up with customers and banks to minimize delays. Track: PDCs \/ NACH mandates Disbursement pending due to compliance gaps Work closely with: Finance Team Payment reconciliation Projects Team Stage completion certificates Result Liquidity improvement & minimal outstanding E) Compliance, Legal & Audit Support Ensure due diligence for: CIBIL score verification support KYC compliance accuracy Legal & technical query resolution with banks Support in periodic bank audits & reporting. Maintain secure handling of customer documents & agreements. Result Zero rejections due to missing \/ incorrect information F) Customer Communication & Experience Management Provide clear communication on:
