Job Summary

Looking for seasoned professionals to be part of Global Delivery Operations to lead the GenC program worldwide.This involves driving both BAU activities & Transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness of GenC fulfillment impacting Service Lines Markets and Geos.

Responsibilities

End-to-end GenC life cycle managementDrive the GenC program globally across India Americas EMEA and APJ regions by collaborating with ISLs Markets GenC HR and L&D teamsSet targets and improve GenC absorption and utilization in Service Lines and MDUsBuild scenario based models for key decisions around GenC Headcount planning Budgeting PA to A promotionsManage Executive level dissemination / communication and report outsBuild and sustain a lean high performance team that can seamlessly work with all stakeholders on GenC programWork closely with the business units operations teams talent acquisition learning and development and human resources teams to ensure that the graduates are aligned with the business needs and are ready to deliver value from day one.Work with GenC HR to make our hiring process is efficient effective and compliant with the company policies and best practicesWork with Service Lines & GenC Academy to design and deliver technical skilling and professional development programs for the graduatesStay updated on the latest trends in campus intake by large IT Peers and GCCsWork with GenC HR across the world and L&D Teams to ensure committed GenC demand is fulfilled as plannedMonitor and evaluate the performance of the GenCs and ensure they are productive in projects and get billedAt least 15 years of experience in delivering large complex programsProblem solving skillsDrive Change with Business stakeholders to deliver outcomesProven track record in onboarding and engaging with GenCsExperience as a Campus relationship leader will be goodAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic and multicultural environmentAbility to think strategically analytically and creativelyAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively

Profile Required

20+ years overall IT experience and proven ability to lead facilitate and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver successful business outcomesExcellent interpersonal communications and public speaking skillsGood with Executive presentation skills and CXO level stake holder management
