We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Digital Product Information Manager to lead the evolution of SKF s product data ecosystem. You will be instrumental in enhancing product discoverability, accuracy, and relevance across platforms like SKF.com, distributor portals, and CAD libraries.

Enhance Customer Experience
Translate customer insights into actionable improvements using tools like HotJar, Tridion, Content Stack and ServiceNow. -
Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with product managers, engineering, IT, and marketing to ensure product data reflects both technical precision and market relevance. -
Manage Taxonomy & Attributes
Oversee taxonomy creation, attribute mapping, and schema development to support intuitive product navigation. -
Digital Asset Oversight
Ensure consistency and quality of illustrations, CAD models, and technical documents across platforms like Trace Parts and Cadenas. -
Monitor & Report Performance
Use analytics dashboards (Elasticsearch, Power BI) to track data quality, completeness, and customer engagement metrics. -
Drive Process Improvements
Streamline workflows for Catalog publication, incident handling, and data migration with internal and external stakeholders.

: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex global initiatives on time and within scope. -
Strategic Planning & Prioritization:
Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and urgency. -
Team Development:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Coordinate with data engineering, IT, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and integration of BI and PIM solutions. - Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress using KPIs and dashboards; communicate updates and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)

Education:
Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, Data Management, or any discipline -
Experience:
12+ years in PIM, product development, or technical content management, with proven leadership in global projects.

Strategic Expertise:
- Deep proficiency in PIM systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., Informatica Product 360, InRiver, Content Stack, SAP MDG).
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for executive reporting and decision-making.

Technical Leadership:
- Oversight of Web Content Management Systems (CMS): Tridion Sites, Content Stack, Media Hub.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD & Digital Asset Management tools: Trace parts, Cadenas.
- Integration and search technologies: Elasticsearch, PLM Windchill.
