Job Description

Position Title: Senior Manager Digital Marketing

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Planning:

    Lead the Development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
  • Performance Marketing:

    Design and optimize data-driven paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta ads, Bing ads, LinkedIn, Email, display, video, programmatic, remarketing, affiliate) to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality admission leads and maximize ROI.
  • Digital PR & social media:

    Manage online reputation through digital PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and thought-leadership campaigns.
  • SEO Management:

    Lead all aspects of technical and content SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve search visibility and rankings.
  • Guide the creation and optimization of blogs, videos, webinars, and storytelling content to reinforce brand identity.
  • Content Marketing:

    Lead the creation and optimization of engaging content (blogs, videos, webinars) to enhance Brand position & persona among prospective students.
  • Brand and Communication:

    Collaborate with brand and communications teams to align digital initiatives with institutional narratives.
  • Partnership and collaborations:

    Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to synchronize campaign goals and timelines.
  • Evaluate and onboard digital partners and vendors to enhance execution capabilities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Define and track KPIs across all digital platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate performance, generate insights, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Compliance & Brand Integrity:

    Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with Institute policies, legal standards, and consistent brand messaging.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in

    SEO, SEM, PPC

    , and campaign management tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing).
  • Proficient with

    CRM systems (Meritto/HubSpot)

    and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Advanced skills in

    conversion optimization, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.

  • Up-to-date Knowledge of

    digital trends, marketing automation, and influencer engagement strategy.

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in

    Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication

    from a reputed institute.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or Digital Agency experience managing education - sector clients.
