Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies. You will oversee a team of 10, manage social and performance marketing efforts, onboard new clients, and ensure seamless communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a digital marketing team of 10 across social media, paid media, content, and SEO
• Set clear KPIs, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure team meets campaign goals and deadlines

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Design and execute end-to-end social media and performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Optimize ad performance to meet sales and ROI targets
• Stay updated on latest digital trends and apply them to brand/client strategies

Client Management

• Take ownership of client onboarding and kick-off processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide regular campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations

Content & Communication

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to drive engaging campaigns
• Prepare presentations and proposals for internal reviews and client pitches
• Analyze campaign performance and share data-driven insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager

Leadership experience with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
