Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of proven expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and performance tracking, with the ability to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow online presence.
• Handle paid campaigns, analyze ROI, and optimize ad performance.
• Create, monitor, and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Develop email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools/technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content marketing and influencer collaboration.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
