About Us:

PincodeKart is a growing B2B platform dedicated to connecting manufacturers with retailers across India. We help manufacturers reach a broader customer base by listing their products on our platform, enhancing visibility and market reach.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in telecalling or telesales. The primary responsibility will be to onboard manufacturers, explain the benefits of listing on PincodeKart, and guide them through the registration and product listing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to manufacturers and suppliers across India.
• Explain the benefits of joining PincodeKart and listing their products.
• Convince and assist manufacturers in registering and uploading their product details.
• Maintain and update records of daily calls and follow-ups.
• Resolve queries related to onboarding and escalate issues when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for onboarding new manufacturers.
• Coordinate with the onboarding and support team to ensure a smooth process.
