The Senior Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms and strong analytical skills to measure performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for lead generation and conversions.
* Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation.
* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools; prepare detailed performance reports and insights.
* Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging digital content and ad creatives.
* Research new trends, platforms, and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Manage and guide junior marketers or interns, providing training and performance feedback.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their business goals and deliver measurable results.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance optimization.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.
* Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
* Experience with lead generation and conversion tracking.
* Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS.
* Basic video editing or creative direction experience.
* Ability to handle client communication and reporting independently.
