Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in AWS-native services, SonarQube-based code scanning, Terraform-driven Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization with Docker, and managing multi-region/multi-environment deployments. Strong knowledge of MySQL database administration and infrastructure monitoring is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline / Jenkins / GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Integrate and manage SonarQube for static code analysis and quality enforcement.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform for scalable, repeatable, and secure deployments.
• Set up and manage multi-region and multi-environment infrastructure on AWS (e.g., VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53).
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments across staging and production environments.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies leveraging AWS services (e.g., Backup, Cross-Region Replication).
• Administer MySQL (AWS RDS / Aurora), including setup, replication, backup, and restore procedures.
• Monitor system health and application performance using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and custom alerting tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS DevOps and CI/CD automation.
• Strong experience integrating SonarQube in build pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Expertise in AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, Route 53.
• Proficiency with Docker for application containerization.
• Solid experience in managing MySQL (standalone and managed RDS/Aurora).
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery planning and execution on AWS.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, health checks, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting expertise in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) or container orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps culture.

Working Details

• Hybrid model: Office (Mon, Wed, Fri) & Remote (Tue, Thu).
• Office Location: Wagale Estate, Thane.
• Work Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
