Job Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our high-performing engineering team. You will play a key role in automating infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability of systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, monitoring tools, and modern DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
Manage and automate infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through SRE principles and automation.
Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, including secrets management, identity access controls, and compliance checks.
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release cycles.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, providing resolution in a timely manner.
Participate in on-call rotations and support high-availability production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems administration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with networking, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers in cloud environments.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog).
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, Azure DevOps Expert.
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
Background in software development or infrastructure architecture is a plus.
Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., PagerDuty, Opsgenie).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
