About The Team & Role
The DevOps Engineering team plays a critical role in supporting the backend infrastructure for our primary cybersecurity product, which safeguards tens of millions of devices worldwide across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). The team builds and manages cloud-native services that handle billions of security events daily, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing highly available and secure cloud-based infrastructures. You will collaborate with development, product, and security teams to deploy and manage mission-critical systems that serve enterprise and government customers across the globe including several Fortune 10 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS or GCP environments.
- Use tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to automate provisioning, deployment, and management of infrastructure resources.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery using tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Enhance observability through advanced monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Partner with product, development, QA, and security teams to deliver seamless, high-quality features and deployments.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and improve automation, scalability, and performance across environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and security best practices to improve system reliability and resilience.
Key Requirements
Education :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience :
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and microservice-based architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Good understanding of networking, monitoring, and security best practices.
Soft Skills

- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure setups.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity or endpoint protection systems.
- Familiarity with Python, Go, or Bash scripting for automation.
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and system reliability engineering practices.
