Job Title: Senior Delivery Lead-FAOLocation: Mumbai/GurgaonCandidate expectationCandidate must have minimum 14+years of experience in FAO operations , PTP, OTC, RTR along with FP&A.Led Large delivery teams of 1000+ FTEs, for key global accounts in finance operations across all towers.Preferable Qualification: Accounting & Finance - B.Com/ M.Com, ICWA, CA, MBADriving operations, understanding customer transformation and digitization needs, executing high impact transformation projects as a part of delivery etc.

Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiencyAssessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processesLeading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectivesOverseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnoverMentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of managementEstablishing policies that improve and promote account vision and cultureEvaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve resultsCollaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategiesProven experience in a senior executive roleIn-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, recruitment and human resourcesExcellent leadership and organizational skillsKnowledge of accounting, financial analysis and data analysisOutstanding written and oral communication skillsStrategic planning and business developmentMust be flexible with shifts as per requirement of client
