Senior Data/Information Management Analyst

As a Control Automation Development Sr. Analyst at Citi, your role will involve working with the Control Testing Automation Team to automate manual testing processes through data-driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques. You will collaborate with various departments such as Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk, and Technology to identify cases of control gaps, policy breaches, and provide data evidence for audit completion. Key Responsibilities: - Simplify, streamline, and automate controls to strengthen the ability to prevent issues - Automate manual testing processes through data-driven capabilities - Collaborate with various departments to identify cases of control gaps and policy breaches - Provide data evidence for audit completion Qualifications Required: - Analytical Skills with intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns - Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis - Proficiency in tools such as Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Python, and Mainframes - Knowledge of schedulers (Autosys/LSF) and Workflow Automation - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA - Familiarity with any version control tool, preferably Bitbucket - Domain expertise in Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.) and MCA & Inherent Risk - Soft skills including good communication, mentoring abilities, proactive problem-solving approach, and being a strong team player - Basic Qualifications: Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute, 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support involving codes in SAS & SQL environment Additional Details: Citi's mission is to serve as a trusted partner to clients by providing responsible financial services to enable growth and economic progress.
