Senior Data Scientist – LLMs, VLMs, Prompt Engineering & AI Agents (POC Project)

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with over 5 years of experience and deepexpertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), PromptEngineering, and AI Agents. You will play a key role in developing a Proof of Concept (POC)focused on automating and refining test case creation for user stories. This project leveragescutting-edge AI techniques, including the extraction of information from images and documents,automated test case generation, and code analysis for testability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions using LLMs, VLMs, and prompt

engineering to automate test case creation and refinement for user stories.

Extract and interpret content from various sources, including images and documents,

utilizing Vision Language Models and other tools.

Analyze existing codebases to assess and improve testability using AI-driven

approaches.

Research, experiment, and implement AI Agent frameworks to optimize and streamline

testing workflows.

Continuously evaluate and improve models and prompts to ensure accuracy, efficiency,

and business alignment.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related AI/ML role.
Proven expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.
Hands-on experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs) and prompt engineering.
Demonstrated experience in developing and applying AI Agents to automate real-world

processes.

Strong background in automating testing processes using AI/ML techniques.
Proficiency with Python and common ML frameworks
Experience with extraction of structured data from unstructured content (text, images,

documents).

Familiarity with code analysis, test case design, and software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
