We are hiring intrested candidate with relavent work experiience may share your updated resume at -+91 9289685409 ( ms.Sapna) Job Title: Senior Data Privacy & GRC Specialist Location: Gurgaon, India Experience Required: 4+ Years Joining Timeline: Immediate joiner preferred (within 15–20 days) Department: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy & GRC Specialist with strong expertise in data protection, regulatory compliance, and technical privacy implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded understanding of privacy laws, frameworks, and controls—along with hands-on experience in designing and implementing privacy programs, policies, and mechanisms. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with industry best practices and applicable laws. Lead the implementation of approved privacy and security policies and ensure adherence across business units. Conduct Privacy by Design assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) across products and services. Maintain and regularly update data inventories, data flow diagrams (DFDs), and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA). Conduct comprehensive third-party risk assessments, including vendors and processors, to ensure compliance with privacy requirements. Draft and review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Deliver training and awareness sessions on data privacy and security practices to internal stakeholders. Provide advisory support to internal business teams on matters related to data protection, privacy, and security. Prepare and present regular project status updates and risk reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Design and implement mechanisms for Data Subject Rights (DSR) management, data retention and deletion, and consent management systems. Ensure compliance with global and regional privacy regulations and frameworks, including: o DPDPA (India) o PDPA (Singapore / other applicable) o GDPR (EU) o ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Privacy, GRC, or Information Security roles. Strong understanding of both legal and technical aspects of data privacy. Proven experience in implementing privacy controls, assessments, and governance frameworks. Familiarity with tools or platforms related to data mapping, PIA/DPIA, or consent management is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–20 days will be given preference.
